Expected Learning Outcomes

The course focuses on the principles of sports law from a private law perspective, considering the specificity of sports regulations compared to ordinary state regulations. The topics addressed allow students to acquire new knowledge, providing a view of private law institutions in the sports context. The analysis of the relationships between law, economy, and sports aims to enhance students' critical abilities and judgment autonomy.

Learning Assessment

Learning Assessment Procedures

The learning assessment will take place through an examination consisting of the traditional oral exam with a score on a scale of thirty.

The exam will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance of the answers to the questions posed
  • Quality and comprehension of the content
  • Ability to relate to other program topics
  • Ability to provide examples
  • Use of technical language
  • Overall presentation skills of the student

The Professor reserves the right to consider the student's active participation in lectures and other proposed activities.
