Module Morpho-bio-physiology of Tree

Provide information on the structure of trees, with particular attention to the characteristics that distinguish them from herbaceous species; Provide information on the ontogenetic cycle of trees, focusing on aspects related to propagation, the fruiting cycle and fruit ripening; Provide knowledge on the response of trees to soil and climate conditions; Provide knowledge on the genetic heritage of tree crops, with particular reference to those typical of the Mediterranean environment. This information will be useful for the purpose of preparing genetic improvement measures to enhance production efficiency and product quality in the Mediterranean environment.
