1. Structure and function of organs and tissues at biochemical level;
2. Signal transduction systems described at the level of enzymatic activities and protein interactions;
3. Chemical and physical DNA damage and repair mechanisms
4. Biochemical techniques for separation, characterization and dosage of proteins, nucleic acids and metabolites.
