ATTIVITA' MOTORIA PREVENTIVA E ADATTATA 1Module ATTIVITA' MOTORIA PREVENTIVA E ADATTATA BAMBINI E ADULTI
Academic Year 2025/2026 - Teacher: FABIO MASSIMO COTTONEExpected Learning Outcomes
The course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to properly administer preventative and age-appropriate physical exercise for children and adults.
Through practical lessons, students will learn to perform and select appropriate exercises based on their age and physical condition.
Exercises for children's motor development and adult rehabilitation will be explored, with the aim of preventing musculoskeletal disorders.
During practical activities, held at university sports facilities, students will learn how to plan physical activity for children and adults through a practical and applied approach, putting the theoretical knowledge they have acquired into practice.
Course Structure
The oral portion of the lessons was conducted in the classroom with the aid of an overhead projector.
The practical portion of the lessons was conducted in the gym.
Required Prerequisites
Knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology; Theory, methodology, and biomechanics of human movement
