D1 – Knowledge and understanding: The course focuses on understanding the specific features of rehabilitation in developmental age, with particular attention to cognitive functions, neurological challenges, and recovery mechanisms within the growing central nervous system.
D2 – Applying knowledge and understanding: Understanding the main theories and rehabilitation methodologies applied to children and adolescents. Assessing and diagnosing developmental disorders and disabilities in pediatric patients.
D3 – Making judgements: Planning and implementing personalized rehabilitation interventions aimed at improving motor, cognitive, and social functions.
D4 – Communication skills: Using terminology correctly and appropriately. Collaborating effectively with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals within an interdisciplinary approach.
D5 – Learning skills: Demonstrating the ability to independently deepen study through textbooks, atlases, and digital resources, developing a learning method that supports continuing education and professional development.
