Expected Learning Outcomes

Private law.

Knowledge and understanding. The course aims to impart elementary knowledge of private law with reference to matters relevant to sports law and, in particular: private autonomy and state system; capacity and status of the child; personality rights; sports performance contracts; civil liability.


Applying knowledge and understanding. The course aims to enable the student to reconstruct and interpret the typological variety of situations and legal interests in the privatized plan, identifying the discipline and the implications and applying in practice the knowledge and skills acquired during the course of lessons and developed with a careful study of the matter.


 Learning skills. The fundamental review of the learning ability of the student (in its components of knowledge and understanding, judgment and communication) takes place during the course, appropriately held in a "dialectical", "dialogued" and "participatory"; while its evaluation will take place and essentially in terms of a "right" and "necessary" rigor during the final exam.

Legal capacity. Sports sistem. Obligations: general notions. The contract: general notions. Sports performance. Sponsorship contract. Sport sponsorship. Image rights in sports.  Law of tort. Law of tort in sport.
