Educational laboratory

Academic Year 2023/2024 - Teacher: ROSARIO FERLITO

Expected Learning Outcomes

The course aims to recognize the different anatomical structures through detailed palpation techniques. Transmitting to students a greater awareness of superficial anatomical structures will allow them to relate the theoretical knowledge acquired to direct palpation on the human body, which is essential in numerous clinical conditions.

Course Structure

The lessons will be carried out in the classroom with the aid of devices capable of improving understanding of the topic (e.g. anatomical models, 3D images)
All topics covered include a practical in-depth study of the topic (analysis of individual body areas through in vivo palpation)

Required Prerequisites

A good understanding of basic anatomy and kinesiology

Attendance of Lessons

Mandatory attendance
