At the end of the module, the student will develop the cognitive, clinical and communicative judgment skills, the requirements for taking charge of the person with greeting problems who will attend to urological competence, in an election and urgency regime, selected according to their relevance epidemiological and exemplary. It will also acquire knowledge on urological problems, regarding etiopathogenesis, epidemiology (in particular advanced advanced) and clinical aspects, and primary and secondary prevention, with elements that allow cultural and operational sharing of the use of technologies. in the diagnostic-therapeutic path. Problems treated: Urinary tract infections, Pathophysiology of urination (bladder filling and emptying problems), urological neoplasms, general post-operative management of the patient Urological short and long term. With respect to the selected clinical conditions of surgical interest, the student must be able to: Acquire notions on the surgical and endoscopic procedures of: Kidney, upper urinary tract, blisters, and prostate. Identify the main problems of the person undergoing surgery in the perioperative phase such as: management of cystoclysis, management of the catheter, management of urostomies, support for functional and rehabilitation recovery and the related nursing interventions, all based on scientific evidence. Furthermore, he must be able to identify educational interventions aimed at people who must face treatment at home or continue the authorization of the disease.

Learning Assessment
Learning Assessment Procedures
La prova consiste in un colloquio in cui saranno poste almeno n. 2 domande che vertono almeno su 2 argomenti del programma. La prova permette di verificare: i) il livello di conoscenza delle principali patologiche di interesse nefrologico; ii) la capacità di applicare tali conoscenze per la diagnosi differenziale; iii) la chiarezza espositiva; iv) la proprietà di linguaggio medico-scientifica.
Per l’attribuzione del voto finale si terrà conto dei seguenti parametri:
Voto 29-30 e lode: lo studente ha una conoscenza approfondita delle principali entità patologiche, riesce prontamente e correttamente a integrare e analizzare criticamente le situazioni presentate, risolvendo autonomamente problemi diagnostici anche di elevata complessità; ha ottime capacità comunicative e padroneggia il linguaggio medico-scientifico ed anatomopatologico.
Voto 26-28: lo studente ha una buona conoscenza delle principali entità patologiche, riesce a integrare e analizzare in modo critico e lineare le situazioni presentate, riesce a risolvere in modo abbastanza autonomo problemi diagnostici complessi ed espone gli argomenti in modo chiaro utilizzando un linguaggio medico-scientifico ed anatomo-patologico appropriato;
Voto 22-25: lo studente ha una discreta conoscenza delle principali entità patologiche, anche se limitata agli argomenti principali; riesce a integrare e analizzare in modo critico ma non sempre lineare le situazioni presentate ed espone gli argomenti in modo abbastanza chiaro con una discreta proprietà di linguaggio;
Voto 18-21: lo studente ha la minima conoscenza delle principali entità patologiche, ha una modesta capacità di integrare e analizzare in modo critico le situazioni presentate ed espone gli argomenti in modo sufficientemente chiaro sebbene la proprietà di linguaggio sia poco sviluppata;
Esame non superato: lo studente non possiede la conoscenza minima richiesta dei contenuti principali dell’insegnamento. La capacità di utilizzare il linguaggio specifico è scarsissima o nulla e non è in grado di applicare autonomamente le conoscenze acquisite.
