-Acquire basic knowledge
concerning the discipline of Occupational Psychology
-Identify the importance of Work Psychology for the improvement of living and
working conditions in community contexts
-Knowing how to analyze organizational contexts by identifying the problematic
aspects that could favor the establishment of psychopathologies
-Acquire skills to improve organizational contexts and prevent accidents at
work
-Understanding the importance of psychosocial conditions within the contexts of
life and work
-Being able to make assessments with respect to the real relational conditions
in organizational contexts
-Acquire skills in defining interventions within community contexts, with
particular reference to sports realities
-Being able to identify relational conditions early on that could favor the
establishment of individual pathological conditions and in work groups
-Acquire skills in the field of interpersonal communication within sporting
organizational contexts
-Be competent in analyzing sports organizational systems
-Knowing how to analyze and evaluate the culture, values, relational and
communicative climate within sports organizations
-Be able to define good practices in the management of groups within sports
organizations
-Knowing how to define indicators for the assessment of psychosocial risk areas
in sporting organizational contexts
-Acquire skills in motivational interventions aimed at subjects present within
the system of sports organizations
Course Structure
PSYCHOLOGY OF WORK AND OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS
During the lessons, cases will be analyzed, classroom research and group exercises will be carried out.
In the final phase of the Course, a verification test will be carried out regarding the resolution of a complex organizational case.

PSYCHOLOGY OF WORK AND OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS
A written test regarding the resolution of organizational problems within a working context will be carried out
The final exam will consist of an oral test on the contents of the program of the subject and in-depth discussion regarding the written test
Criteria used for the final grade:
In-depth knowledge of the topics
Ability to create links between different teaching topics
Competence in being able to relate theoretical concepts with application methods
Use of specific terminology concerning the discipline
Active participation in lessons will also be taken into account
